Adult T. rex walked like a brisk human

Researchers report the first putative adult Tyrannosaurus rex trackway from the Hell Creek Formation: four sandstone casts of footprints (up to 3.3 ft long) with a ~13 ft stride that imply a walking speed of about 3.5–4.5 mph and a narrow, straight gait.
